My name is Bryan Babcock, I’m currently the Director of Video Content for Seattle Sounders FC. I started with the club in February of 2014 as a Digital Media Video Producer.

I was born and raised in a small town in Upstate, NY.  I attended SUNY Cortland, receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Broadcast Journalism. Following graduation, I relocated to Tampa, FL and worked for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the NHL. After three and a half seasons with the Bolts, I accepted an opportunity with Seattle Sounders FC of MLS, and moved to the Pacific Northwest with my wife, Lauren. Lauren also works for the Sounders, as the Academy’s Head of Operations.

In my current role with Sounders FC, I oversee a small team of creatives. We drive the video execution across all social channels while acting as an internal production team for our club’s departments. My passion is using video storytelling to build connections between a brand and its audience. In my time with the Sounders, I’ve worked eight seasons and over 300 matches. In that period, the Sounders have won two MLS Cup titles, a Supporters’ Shield, U.S. Open Cup and the Cascadia Cup (x4).

Lauren and I reside in Tacoma, WA with our two-year-old son, Paxton, and two dogs.
